Application by – St. Clair Township Board of Trustees for St. Clair Fire Department – 3900 Hamilton Trenton Road
for a CONDITIONAL USE VARIANCE from/under which is provided for in Section 25.082 of the Zoning Resolution of St. Clair Township
for permission: alter the left side yard set back to 1 foot from the adjacent property for a PARKING LOT (no buildings),
it will be more than 50’ from any residential house.
The following Special Circumstances, conditions, exist at the property, but do not apply generally throughout the Zoning District.
The hardship in this case: obtaining the Condition Use Variance for this property –
need for a parking lot for 30 + volunteer fire fighters for details or trainings. Parking area only.
