AUGSPURGER AVENUE CLOSING
Village of New Miami / St. Clair Township

The Butler County Engineer's Office reports that Augspurger Avenue will close at the CSX Railroad, 0.3 mile east of U.S. 127 and 0.7 mile west of Jackson Road, beginning Monday, March 16, 2015 for crossing repairs by CSX. The road is tentatively scheduled to reopen the week of March 23, 2015.

Detour: Eastbound Augsupurger Avenue traffic will detour north on U.S. 127, northeast on Trenton Road, south on Jackson Road, and west on Augspurger Road. Westbound traffic will reverse this route.

Motorists are encouraged to check the BCEO web site as the best source for possible date and status changes concerning this closure – www.bceo.org/roadclosings


LEGAL NOTICE  

The St. Clair Township Board of Trustees will hold a Special Meeting on March 12, 2015 at 10:00AM at the St. Clair Township Administration Building, 2449 Jackson Road, Hamilton, Oh. 45011.

The purpose of the meeting: To pass resolution to approve changes to the Recovery Plan and the 5 Year Forecast.

St. Clair Township will provide assistance to persons with disabilities, needing interpreters or other auxiliary aids and services in order to participate in this meeting.  Any request for such assistance of the meeting, by contacting the Administrative Office at (513) 887-0205.


Butler County CDBG Sewer Connection Program is available.
and USDA 504 Assistance Program is available for a limited period.
 

residents will have to apply for USDA 504 Program by 9/30/14. Afterthat date Williamsdale will no longer be in USDA's Service Area.

Butler County Funds will be available for assistance even after the USDA funds are no longer available. If residents can get a grant from USDA. If they only qualify for a loan with repayment they may want to apply with the Butler County CDBG as well.

Tap-in fees are $2,185 for 1st 6 months once sewer is available and after the six month deadline is passed tap in fees will increase to $4,635. Our Butler County Sewer Assistance Program currently covers costs for paying the plumber to connect residents homes to the sewer system. Our program does not currently cover tap -in fees.
